What is the Approval Process?

Grants are awarded in the order in which the Department receives and reviews a completed application. The review process will be conducted through a noncompetitive process.

Upon submission of your Employed Worker Training Program application, your organization's training needs will be reviewed and evaluated. Within 48 hours upon submission of your application, you will receive an electronic message indicating the status of your application.

Performance Measures:

The positive impact of the Employed Worker Training Program will be measured using the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Performance Measures including; retention, earnings increase and certification.
